Exercise Guide

Our exercise guide features a variety of dynamic moves to target different muscle groups & help you increase muscle mass, whilst toning your upper body & correcting your posture:

Exercise 1 & 2:

Squeezing Motion Press & Release: This exercise targets your chest muscles, front of shoulders, and front of arms. By focusing on slow, controlled movements, you maximise time under tension, leading to increased muscle definition, toning, and strength gains.

Exercise 3 & 4:

Pulling Outward Motion & Release: This exercise targets your back muscles, back of shoulders, and back of arms. By performing slow, controlled pulls, you maximise time under tension, leading to increased muscle definition, toning, and strength gains. This also significantly improves posture.
